11.4 Versteckter Servicemodus für Softwareupdate
der Busgeräte
Ab Version 2.3 verfügt die Zentrale über einen
weiteren versteckten Servicemodus zum Update
von Buskomponenten. Dabei wird beim Einschalten
der Zentrale die rechte Taste gedruckt. Die Zentrale
initialisiert dabei den Steuerbus für Steuerungs-
komponenten und startet den Updatemodus
automatisch.

11.5 Update des DiMAX Navigator und anderer

Funkkomponenten
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Komponenten, die im
Regelfall per Funk betrieben werden ein Firmwareu-
pdate sicherheitsbedingt nur über Kabel erhalten
können. Der Navigator muss für das Firmwareu-
pdate in ausgeschaltetem Zustand an die Zentrale
angeschlossen werden und startet automatisch.
Weitere Einstellungen sind am Navigator nicht
vorzunehmen.

11.4 Hidden Service Mode for Software Update of
Bus Components
From version V 2.3 on the DiMAX Central Station
features an additional hidden service mode for the
update of DiMAX Bus Components: Keep the right
hand key of your DiMAX Central Station pushed
while switching on the Central Station. The DiMAX
Central Station initializes the control bus and starts
the update mode automatically.
11.5 How to Update the DiMAX Navigator and other
RC Components
Please note that components having a RC con-
nection can only be updated when connected to
the DiMAX Central Station by cable. The DiMAX
Navigator must be switched off and connected to
the DiMAX Central Station by cable to conduct the
update. After being connected by cable the DiMAX
Navigator starts automatically, no further settings
are necessary.

Note regarding the operating temperature: to
prevent the production of condensed water, use
the Multi-RC Module in freezing conditions only if
it was previously stored in a heated environment.
The heat produced during operation is sufficient to
prevent condensed water.
