Observe the ACS 611 menu prompting.
1. Call up start screen.
2. Press <MENU>.
3. Select <TANK RECYCLING> with o u and confirm
with E.

The processing duration is limited to 60 minutes
and stops automatically after the internal circuit
has been drained.

Return with <Stop>.

Automatic service

This function enables the automatic performance of
the service phases Recovery, Vacuum and Filling.
i
The service parameters (vacuum generation time,
filling quantity and type of refrigerant and fresh oil)
can be taken from the database and used for the
"Automatic Service".

The service parameters (vacuum generation time,
recharge quantity, oil and refrigerant type) can be
found in the owner's manual or the vehicle repair
manual and must be heeded.
!
For vehicles with only one service connection the
service phase "Filling" should be performed in the
"Manual service" mode.
!
For vehicles with only one service connection the
manufacturer's recommended procedure must be
followed.

Observe the ACS 611 menu prompting.
1. Connect the HP and LP service hoses to the vehicle
air conditioning system.
2. Open the valves on both service hoses.
3. Open the HP and LP valves on the display and
control panel.
4. Call up start screen.
5. Press <Automatic>.
 SELECT PORTS?
1 HP & LP PORTS
2 HP PORT
3 LP PORT
6. Select <1>,<2> or <3>; confirm with E.
 SET VACUUM TIME
7. Set duration of vacuum generation with <0 – 9> and
confirm with E.

CHARGING UV DYE?
1 - YES
2 - NO
8. Select <1> or <2>; confirm with E.
 CHARGING OIL?
1 - YES
2 - NO
9. Select <1> or <2> and confirm with E.

In the case of <1>, the following is displayed:
INTRODUCE EXTRA OIL
Use <0 – 9> to enter the additional fresh oil
quantity and confirm with E.
i
Here you must enter the quantity to be added in
addition to the previously extracted oil quantity.
i
If the added oil quantity is "0", the same quantity of
fresh oil is added as was previously extracted.

SET REFRIGERANT CHARGE
10. Enter refrigerant quantity (R134a) with <0 –
9> and confirm with E.
"
ACS 611 performs "Automatic service".
