 Warning – Risk of injury from unsafe lifting of the DAS 3000.
9. Have a second person secure the DAS 3000 by means of the handles on the trolley.
10. Have a second person secure the DAS 3000 over the entire duration of the following steps.
11. Carefully lift the DAS 3000 by means of the lifting tool so that the rollers are at most 2 cm over the floor.

12. Fasten screw at the top of the roller.

13. Loosen nut on the underside of the roller.
14. Remove screw (1), nut (3)
15. Remove old roller (4).
16. Fasten new roller using screw, nut and washer.

17. Change all four rollers.
Having different rollers makes precise alignment and easy maneuvering of the DAS 3000 difficult. Errors can
arise during calibration of the front camera or radar sensor.
18. Lower the DAS 3000 and remove the lifting tool.
19. Fasten the cover plate in the bottom of the trolley.

1. If present, remove Multi-Target-Shop from the trolley.
