flashes Not all requirements for charging are
slowly met, e.g.
n The authorisation process is com-
plete. No vehicle is connected to the
product.
n A vehicle is connected to the
product. There is a reason that pre-
vents or pauses the charging pro-
cess, e.g.
n The downgrade input is con-
figured to 0 A and currently act-
ive.
n A command from the energy
management system.
n Communication with the con-
nected energy management
system was interrupted. The
charging current (fallback cur-
rent) is configured to 0 A.
n Not enough excess energy
available (solar charging).
n Blackout protection has
triggered.
n Limit value for unbalanced load
was exceeded.
n Operating temperature was ex-
ceeded.
flashes A vehicle is connected to the product.
rapidly Authorisation has not occurred.
flashes The presented RFID card has been ad-
once ded to the whitelist (in Teach mode).
Colour of the symbol: blue or green (dependent on
the configuration)
In Standby operating mode, the product can switch
to Sleep mode after 10 minutes to reduce internal
consumption. The Sleep mode is configurable and
is enabled in the delivery state. It is terminated by

plugging in the charging cable or by an authorisa-
tion. In Sleep mode, no symbol lights up on the LED
information panel.
Charging
Symbol Meaning
lights up The charging process is running.
flashes n The operating temperature is very
slowly high. The charging process is run-
ning. The charging current is re-
duced to avoid overheating and
pausing the charging process.
n Communication with the connected
energy management system was in-
terrupted. The charging current (fall-
back current) is configured to ≥ 6 A.
pulsates Charging process paused. All require-
ments for charging a vehicle are met.
The charging process is paused due to
vehicle feedback or was terminated by
the vehicle.
Colour of the symbol: blue or green (dependent on
the configuration)
Sun
Symbol Meaning
lights up The product is in "Sunshine mode".
pulsates The product is in "Sunshine+ mode".
flashes The Teach mode for RFID cards is en-
abled (for 60 seconds).
flashes Switching to another charging mode is
twice not permitted during an active charging
process. The vehicle must be discon-
nected from the charging station be-
forehand.
