The calibration was successfully finished. Clicking on f

closes the Calibration Wizard and writes the calibration
results to the sensor module.
Clicking on C closes the Calibration Wizard and the
anCeL
calibration results are not written to the sensor module.
You can then go to the p tab and read the position
OSitiOn
data and any real-time errors (see chapter 8.2 on
page 34).
