2. ASSEMBLY
DANGER! Risk of physical injury!
Cut injury when the product starts accidentally.
v Wait for the blade to stop, remove the safety key and use
gloves before you assemble the product.
To assemble the lower handles [ Fig. A1 ]:
1. Push the lower handles

Make sure that the handles
holes are inline up with the holes in the mower.

in the holes in the mower.

To assemble the upper handle [ Fig. A2 ]:

can be assembled to the lower handle
3 positions to adjust the height.
v Working position: Adjust the height of the handle so that you are
in an upright position when using the mower.

Make sure that the handles are completely in place and the desired
holes are inline.

To charge the battery [ Fig. O1 / O2 / O3 ]:
CAUTION!
Note the mains voltage! The voltage of the power source must
match the voltage specified on the rating plate of the charger.
For the GARDENA Battery Mower Art. 14630-55 there is no battery
and no charger in the scope of delivery.
Thanks to the intelligent charging process, the charge condition of the
battery is automatically detected and then charged up with the optimal
charge current depending on battery temperature and voltage.
In this way, the battery is treated with care and remains permanently fully
charged when it is stored in the charger.

v Adjust the front and rear wheel axles on both sides in the

The cutting height can be adjusted in 3 positions (35, 50, 65 mm).
1. Lay the product on its side carefully.
2. Pull the front wheel axle

Make sure that the front wheel axle is fully released on both sides in the
same height position.
4. Pull the rear wheel axle
5. Release the rear wheel axle
Make sure that the rear wheel axle is fully released in the height adjust
opening.
To use the mower with the grass box [ Fig. O6 ]:

v Wait for the blade to stop, remove the safety key and use
gloves before you open the protective flap
v Do not put your hands in the discharge opening.

Make sure that the grass box is securely connected.
