Important advises
• The constant temperature on the surface will be reached after 30 minutes. Switch the appliance on 30 minutes
before use.
• Use stainless steel or metal plates, because metal has a much better conductivity than porcelain, glass or plas-
tic. We recommend the use of GN 1/1 stainless steel trays for perfect cooling or
warming result.
• Be aware that the constant surface temperature will be reached only at an ambient temperature of +20°C and
the build-in (solely item number 64 8926 95 11) was executed according to the
instructions.
• There might occur condensation on the surface of the appliance, which must be removed from time to time.
Especially for the build-in-unit it must be assured that the condensation can´t penetrate in the interior of the unit.

Cleaning
Switch off the appliance before cleaning and disconnect the plug from the power socket. After warming function
allow the appliance to cool down completely.
Wipe off the appliance with the soft, slightly moistened cloth. If needed, use some dish soap.
Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners!
Never immerse the appliance or the power adapter into water or other liquids.
Clean the ventilation openings regularly to prevent the appliance from overheating (solely item 64 8926 95 11) and
clean the fan at the bottom area of the appliance clean from dust, dirt etc. with a small, soft brush.
Only use a dry and soft cloth to clean the housing of the power supply.
6.
Storage
Store the appliance in a dry location. Moisture can lead to defects.
The appliance must not be subjected to heavy mechanical stress and must not be exposed to extreme
temperatures, direct sunlight, intense vibration or dampness.
