Adjus ng the tautness of the backrest canvas

Li the rear sec on of the canvas.

Loosen the straps.
●
With the athlete in playing posi on, pull taut the straps as much as necessary, star ng with the top
●
strap.
Fold the backrest canvas back again.
●
Try some game movements and repeat the opera on if the posi on isn't quite right.

Adjus ng the distance between the footplate and the seat

The distance between the footplate and the seat can be adjusted from 350 mm to 430 mm (in 20 mm
increments).
● Unscrew and remove the "P" screws.
● Posi on the footplate at the desired height, aligning the holes in the two tubes
● Replace the "P" screws and ghten them
4.5

Adjus ng the height and posi on of the handle

The FW500 handle is height adjustable.
● Unscrew and remove the ''F'' thumb screws from the handle brackets
Raise or lower the handle, ensuring that the holes are correctly aligned

Replace and secure the thumb screws properly
●
The FW500 is a wheelchair for right- or le -handed fencers.It is supplied ini ally with the handle on the le
side (for right-handed fencers).
NOTE: Before changing the posi on of the handle (from le to right or vice versa) it is necessary to switch the
rims. To do this, unscrew the screws that fix them to the frame with a 3mm allen key, change their
posi on and re-a ach them properly.
To change the handle side :
Unscrew and remove the "F" thumb screws that secure the handle

Completely remove the handle and insert it on the opposite side at the desired height, aligning the

holes correctly and symmetrically.
Replace and secure the "F" thumb screws properly
