FIRST COMMISSIONING

Before first use:
Unpack the appliance, check that it is complete and set it up (see Setting up the appliance). Clean the appliance (see Cleaning).
Make sure that the unit is level.
Connect one end of the flexible plastic pipe to the water drain at the back of the machine. The other end of the pipe should be
placed in a container for excess water or in the sewer.
Connect the inlet hose to the water tap and connect the other end to the appliance. Use the enclosed gaskets for this purpose.
Connect the cleaned cooling unit (see unit connection) to a 230 V socket.
OPERATION - SETTINGS
Press the On/Off switch. In the first 3 minutes, an automatic test run is carried out, then the unit starts the actual cooling and
production process.
All production steps (water supply, ice preparation, ice cube production and storage) are continuously checked.
When the storage container is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator lights up and ice cube production stops automatically.
Ice cube making:
- The water is pumped from the water tank into the water tray.
- The evaporator located in the water tray ensures that the water turns to ice.
- A circulation pump ensures an even distribution of the temperature in the water.
- Ice cube production takes approx. 7 - 15 minutes, depending on various factors, e.g. ambient temperature.
- Once the production cycle has finished, the water tray swings down and the remaining water flows back into the water
tank. The ice cubes fall from the evaporator onto the ice chute and then slide into the storage tank. The water tray then
rotates upwards again.
- After the water tray has turned back to the horizontal position, the next production cycle is started automatically.
Switch off the unit if it is not going to be used for a long time or overnight so that production stops.
