Before the wheelie bin tipper is put into operation, if necessary, it must be adjusted by placing the supplied
spacers at the correct height for the bin used.
The wheelie bin tipper is properly adjusted if the holders slide over the bin's handles when the bin is lifted and
don't strike against them.
The wheelie bin tipper is fitted on a forklift by sliding the forklift forks into the fork pockets until they stop. It must
then be secured to the forklift mast with a safety chain. The chain should be as tight as possible.
Picking up the wheelie bin
The wheelie bin lid must be closed.
Approach the wheelie bin from the rear until the lower pick-up hook is under the bin.
Unloading the wheelie bin

Risk of crushing and entrapment!
Warning! There is a risk of crushing and entrapment near the adjustment mechanism and the rubber stop.
Ensure a sufficient safety clearance!

The component rotates during operation! Ensure nobody is in the danger area.

Lift to the desired height.
Start the tipping process by pulling the cord. The wheelie bin is automatically locked by the tipping action.
Ensure that the wheelie bin is only tipped when it is sufficiently full, otherwise the centre of gravity of the
contents will be below the centre of gravity of the wheelie bin pick-up.
After emptying, the tipper must be turned manually back to the starting position, until the stop lever locks
into position.
Removing the wheelie bin from the device
Lower the forklift forks and carefully set the wheelie bin down.
Drive the forklift backwards.
Materials such as cardboard, paper etc which have to be pushed into the bin can prevent it from being emptied by
tipping as they are jammed into position.
