Troubleshooting

Type of malfunction
Pump does not move.
Liquid does not dispense.
Possible causes
• Plug is not firmly
connected.
• The power switch is set
to off.
• Fuse is open.
• Speed dial is set to 0.
• Tube is not properly set
in a groove.
• Shape of rotor is
impressed on tube.
• Tube is not specified for
the machine type.
• Guide is not properly
set.
• Guide support bolt is
not firmly tightened up.
Correction
– Connect the plug firmly.
– Switch on the unit.
– Replace the fuse with
new one (1A).
– Dial to accelerate speed.
– Insert the tube
appropriately.
– Reset tube and turn rotor
while closing Tube
Guide.
– Use specified tube.
– Set the guide properly.
– Tighten the bolt up firmly.
