Frequently asked questions
The device is not working
• Check if the unit is turned on
• Determine the power status (try another voltage source, e.g. another vehicle, another outlet)
• Ensure correct and complete cable connection
• Check the fuse status of device
Poor cooling
• The refrigerator is full
• There is a hot product in the refrigerator
• The door is ajar
• The door seal is broken
• Problems resulting from poor cooling (ensure at least 100 mm of surrounding space)
• The ambient temperature is too high
• The temperature setting is too high
The sound of running water can be heard from the device
• Normal phenomenon caused by refrigerant circulation in the unit
Unusual sounds when starting the unit
• The refrigerator is not placed on a flat surface
Error messages
F1 code - Activated battery protection, you can set lower level of protection, check vehicle's battery charge level.
F2 code - System overload protection. Turn off the device, wait about 30 minutes and restart. If the problem
persists, contact your dealer.
F3 code - Protection against frequent compressor starting. Turn off the device, wait about 30 minutes and restart it.
If the problem persists, contact your dealer.
F4 code - Compressor overload or low compressor performance. Turn off your device, wait about 30 minutes and
reboot. If the problem persists, contact your dealer.
F5 code - Protection against high compressor temperatures. Turn off the device, place it in well-ventilated place,
wait at least 30 minutes and restart the device. If the problem persists, contact your dealer.
F6 code - Malfunction of the control unit. Restart the compressor. If the problem persists, contact your dealer.
F7/F8 codes - Temperature sensor error. Restart the compressor. If the problem persists, contact your dealer.
