Cleaning the Burner
• Turn off the gas at the control knob and disconnect the gas bottle from the grill.
• Remove the cooling grid.
• Clean the burner with a soft brush or with compressed air and then wipe with a
cloth.
• Clear clogged burner nozzles with a pipe cleaner or a stiff wire (like an opened
paper clip).
• Check the burner for damage (cracks or holes). If you find any damage, have the
burner replaced with a new one. When installing the new burner, ensure that the
gas valve ports are properly positioned and secured within the burner inlet.
• In some cases, insects or spider webs inside the burner tubes can cause flashback.
These can be removed with the help of a bottle brush whose bristles are pressed
into the burner openings. Contact customer service if the problem persists.
