PEWAKE# PCIe WAKE#. Open Drain with pull up on Platform. Active Low when used as PEWAKE#.
When the Adapter supports wakeup, this signal is used to request that the system return
from a sleep/suspend state to service a function-initiated wake event. When the Adapter
supports OBFF mechanism, the PEWAKE#signal is used for OBFF signaling.
