Use of a wood stove
The use of a wood stove is only possible with the Cube X2 model, as it has sufficient space for the installation
and safe operation of a wood stove. With the X1 and X3 models, the use of a wood-burning stove is not possible
because there is not enough space for it. Please note these restrictions to ensure safe use of your product.
In order to use a wood stove, it is necessary to drill a hole through the roof for the chimney. We recommend that
you carefully follow the stove and chimney instructions to ensure correct installation. Also, please refer to the
Cube X2 frame structure on page 9 to ensure that the installation of the chimney does not interfere with the
structure of the Cube.
You should also familiarize yourself with the instructions for sealing the chimney with a rain collar to ensure
correct installation.

Installation of wooden stove

Without heat protection wall
When installing the wood-burning stove without a
heat protection wall, note that it must maintain a
safety distance of 100mm from the wooden wall.
Also pay attention to the alignment of the stove, the
fireplace must be aligned to the rear bench seat.
It is important not to place the wood stove directly
on the wooden floor as this creates a high risk of
fire. Instead, a suitable protective pad must be
fitted under the stove to protect the floor from the
heat of the stove. In this way you not only avoid a
potential risk of fire, but also ensure safe and
efficient use of the wood stove.
With heat protection wall
If a suitable heat protection wall (not included in
the scope of delivery) is mounted on the wooden
wall, the safety distance to the wall can be reduced
to 50 mm.
It is also important in this case to face the fire pit
towards the rear bench seat and to use a suitable
protective mat to protect the floor from the heat of
the wood stove.
