3.3.4.Manual adjustment of end limits with the automatic catching system
NOTICE
The catching system at the lower end limit may vary depending on the motorised
product, but the procedure for setting the entrance/exit positions of the catches
remains the same on all systems.
1] Position the motorised product at its half-way position.
2] Press and hold the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds: the
motorised product performs a slower up and down movement.
3] Press the Up button: the motorised product raises.
4] Press the my button to stop the motorised product at the upper end limit
position (if necessary, adjust the position of the motorised product using the
Up or Down buttons).
5] Press the my and Down buttons simultaneously: the motorised product
lowers.
6] Press the my button to stop the product at position (P1), which corresponds
to the automatic catching system's entrance point.
7] Press the my and Up buttons simultaneously: the motorised product raises
and stops, putting tension on the fabric.
8] Press the Down button: the motorised product lowers.
9] Press the my button to stop the motorised product at position (P2), which
corresponds to the automatic catching system's exit point.
10] Press my until the motorised product moves up and down briefly to validate
the end limit setting.

3.4.Setting advanced functions

NOTICE
Set the advanced functions after having performed the end limit settings (§2.3.4) and before programming the Somfy
io-homecontrol® local control point (§2.3.6).Consequences
To modify these advanced functions after the first control point programming step, simply switch off the power briefly.
Adjustment of the advanced functions of the motorised product is then possible during four complete raise/lower cycles.
3.4.1.Setting the "Back-release" for driven products with top stop only
NOTICE
This function releases tension on the fabric after the motorised product is closed
at the top stop against the head rail.
The Back Release function is deactivated by default.
To activate or deactivate the function:
1] Place the motorised product at its upper end limit.
2] Press the my and Down buttons simultaneously until the motorised product
moves up and down briefly.
ð If the "Back release" function was deactivated, it is now activated.
ð If the "Back release" function was activated, it is now deactivated.
g In order to check the "Back release" function, position the motorised
product at its half-way position, then press Up to raise the motorised
product to the top stop.
