This product information gives you tips on the appropriate general maintenance of
your furniture, and how to prolong your enjoyment of the furniture and to maintain
its value. It also includes, where applicable, a guide to assembling the furniture. We
recommend that you read this production information carefully and keep it in a safe
place so that you can refer to it when you need to.
Our furniture should last many years. We would therefore like to provide a few hints
on how to use the furniture correctly. Please note that by following the instructions
in the guide, the lifespan and aesthetics of the furniture can be increased.
All of our products are made from top quality wood and each item of furniture is
produced with the greatest of care and craftsmanship expertise. Since our furni-
ture is made from lots of wooden elements of different dimensions, the finished
pieces may include some colour differences. The furniture also generally becomes
more uniform and attractive over time due to the character of the wood and the
effects of daily use, the impact of daylight and other external factors.
Solid wood is a living material. The wood is constantly at work, i.e. adapting to
the changing climate. It expands and contracts under the influence of moisture
and warmth. This can cause the links between the individual product elements to
become more prominent. A slight bowing or cracks may appear which are charac-
teristic of wood.
Any openings or larger cracks are cleaned and prepared by hand in advance to
remove any loose material. Small hairline cracks are also possible and permissible
alongside knots on the table top. In some cases, they may also emerge during use
when the table top is dried.
