How to use the S500

Selecting the product level
By the glass panel you can press the SWITCH KEY (01) to switch between the two pro-
duct levels. The LED beside the product keys changes between white and yellow. The
white display indicates that the machine is ready to dispense products 1-10 (first pro-
duct level); the yellow display refers to products 11- 20 (second product level).

Making drinks

1. Place cup beneath the double dispenser and press the appropriate key (Fig. 2).
2. The display will show the message PRODUCT X, where X stands for the product se-
lected.
3. Dispensing can be interrupted by pressing the STOP key.
4. To serve two cups at once, place the two cups beneath the coffee/mixer outlet
(Fig. 3).
Glas panel: Press the product key twice in quick succession (within 1 second).
Touch light: Press the 2X key and then press the PRODUCT-KEY.
5. When dispensing double products (two cups at once) the display will additionally
show the letter D behind the product description.

Pot service

With the pot service, you can use a single key stroke to brew several coffee cycles one
after the other without a break. The number of cycles can be set by Technical Custo-
mer Service.

Tea water

Hot water is always available, whether for tea, a pot lunch or a cup of soup. The S500
dispenses the hot water via the separate adjustable tea outlet. Simply place the tea
glass beneath the tea outlet and press the HOT WATER KEY (Fig. 4, pos. 01). Dispen-
sing can be stopped by pressing the HOT WATER KEY again.
