3. Assembly
Unpacking
Remove the saw and two wrapped packages, the handle and material stop, which are easy to mount,
from the crate. Now lift the machine and place it on a hard surface.
Mounting the handle
Necessary tools: 23mm wrench, phillips screwdriver.
1. Screw the thread-wired end (D, fig.1) of
the operating lever into the opening in the
saw head (E, fig.1). Now step back a little
and align the lever with the trigger (A, fig.1)
properly, so the operator can hold it
comfortably when standing in front of the
machine.
2. Now lock the operating lever with the lock
nut (C, fig.1), use the 23mm wrench.
3. Now place the connector plug (F, fig.1) in
the contact (G, fig.1).
4. Mount the cover plate for the wires (H,
fig.1) to the saw head (K, fig.1) with the
M4x6mm countersunk screws (J, fig.1).
Tighten the screws firmly with the Phillips
screwdriver. Check if the wire can move
freely under the cover plate.
Mounting the material stop
Necessary tools: adjustable wrench
1. Unlock the locking button (A, fig.2) of the
supplied material stop (B, fig.2) and slide it
over the tube (C, fig.2).
2. Screw the thread-wired end (D, fig.2) in the
mounting bracket (E, fig.2), now tighten the
bar firmly using the adjustbale wrench.
