TROUBLESHOOTING

Danger due to electrical voltage!
Handling the machine with connected power supply may result in serious injury or death.
 Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before maintenance
Many possible sources of error can be eliminated in advance if the machine is properly connected to the
mains. If you are unable to carry out the necessary repairs properly and/or do not have the required training,
always consult a specialist to solve the problem.

Possible cause
• Missing phase in the power supply

• Motor protection switch might be
blown

• Transformer might be burnt

Solution
• Check the phases of the power supply
system
• Check emergency stop switch. If acti-
vated, turn it in direction of the arrow
• Check the motor protection switch. If
in position (0), then set to position (1)
Check whether the cover is completely

closed, close it if required

• Check the processed rebar bars for
their material properties at the type
plate
• Check the phases of the power supply
system
