Loading the bending disc

The recommended rotation direction of the
•
bending disc (2) is clockwise.
Place the appropriate stirrup head (in illustration
•
on the left as example 2, 3) in the centre (1) of the
bending disc.
• Place the bending pin (5) with the suitable bend-
ing sleeve (6 - 8) in the corresponding hole (4) on
the bending disc.
Insert the counter pin (10) into the hole (9), on the
•
work table.
For adjustment of the bending angle, insert the
•
switch pins 1-3 (4), into the outer holes (5) on the
bending disc.
NOTE:
For adjusting the bending angle, switch pin 1
is used for button P1 (1), switch pin 2 for button P2 (2)
and switch pin 3 for button P3 (3).
The stops (2) can be adjusted to the desired
•
length of the workpiece over the length of the
ruler (1).
