- Connect the motorisation according to the information provided in the
table below:

2.3. COMMISSIONING

These instructions describe commissioning using a Somfy io-homecontrol® local control point. A Somfy
io-homecontrol® local control point is a one-way radio transmitter

For specific io-homecontrol® controls, the procedures might be different. Please read the leaflet of the
corresponding control.
Perform the following steps for the purposes of commissioning:
Step 1: Identification of the steps already performed (§2.3.1)
Step 2: Pre-programming the control point (§2.3.2)

No adjustment necessary: the end limits and direction of rotation are set automatically.
Step 3: Programming the first control point (§2.3.3)
Step 4: Checking the direction of rotation (§2.3.4).
Step 5 (optional): Changing the direction of rotation (§2.3.5).
2.3.1. Identifying the commissioning steps already completed

Only one motorisation should be supplied at a time.
Two different reactions can be used to identify the status of the motorisation. Cut the power supply to a single
motorised product for two seconds to ascertain the status of the motorisation:
Reaction 1:
The motorised product does not move up and down when switched on and does not react when the control point
buttons are pressed.
No control point has been programmed.
- Go to section Pre-programming the control point (§2.3.2).
Reaction 2:
The motorised product does not move up and down when switched on but does react when the control point buttons
are pressed.
Commissioning is complete.
- Go to section 3.Use and maintenance.
