Attachment of Infinity XR2 Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor Accessories to the XR2 Base Unit
1. Position base unit link arm to desired position.
2. Insert the Inifinity XR2 Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor retaining screw (w/Blue Tip) into the Link Arm
Locking Knob (w/Blue Sleeve) and rotate knob clockwise.
3. When the Inifinity XR2 Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor is set to the desired position, engage starburst
teeth and turn the Link Arm Locking Knob clockwise to secure.
1. Skull Clamp/Headrest Locking Knob
2. Dual Starburst Bar
3. Swivel Base w/Starbursts
4. Dual Starburst Bar Locking Knob
CAUTION: Always be sure the two sets of starburst
teeth mesh properly as shown in Figure 2. Failure
to do so may result in damage to the device and
instability of the System.
