Risk of injury through sharp edges
• Before servicing the pump or before any mounting/ dismounting action of the
pump from the system, wait for the complete standstill of the pump.
• Do not operate directly inside the high vacuum flange.
• If necessary, wear protective gloves according to EN 420.
