2. General safety instructions

Please read the instructions for use carefully before installing the car
seat for the first time. Using it incorrectly could pose a risk to the life
of your child.
Many injuries are the result of easily avoidable thoughtlessness.
Check to see whether the car seat is perfectly set for the child's body
size before each trip. Do not make any adjustments while driving.
Make sure that all parts are always locked in place properly.
Check the parts of the child restraint system for wear or other
damage.
Please make sure that no parts of the booster car seat system are
caught in the doors or adjustable seats.
Please make sure, especially in vans and caravans, that the car seat
is installed in an easily accessible place, so that it can be reached in
cases of emergencies.
Only use the kiddy contour for the indicated weight classes from 15
kg to 36 kg or for children up to 150 cm tall.
The belt and strap may never lie loosely on the child's body. In the
event of an accident, the pressure on body parts is four times greater
than it would be with a tightened belt and strap.
Please make sure the belt lock is in the correct position, as illustrated
in figure B.
