2. Assembly of HAL200Li
ALWAYS WEAR WORKING GLOVES WHEN INSTALLING AND USING THE MACHINE.
THERE IS A RISK OF CRUSHING WHEN INSTALLING THE MACHINE.
BE CAREFUL, WHEN THE MACHINE HAS BEEN USED, THE ALUMINIUM PARTS CAN
BE HOT.
You will need the following tools for installation and operation:
•
2x Open-end/Ring or socket spanner with a spanner width of 17 mm.
•
1x Open-end/Ring or socket spanner, size 8 mm.
•
1x socket spanner size 4 mm.
Proceed as follows:
1. First mount the pitchcontrol (A) on the frame (B) using the hexagon bolt (C) and the self-
lockingnut (D). Use size 17 spanner.

2. Then mount the lifting bracket (E) on frame (B) using hexagonal bolt (F), self-locking nut (I)
and the two washers (G & H).
