If you enter the correct PIN, the MAC address will be overwritten
in the Fence Manager memory and a new PIN will be generated.
The new MAC address and PIN will be shown in a window (Fig. 14).
7. Make a note of the new data.
N OTICE
The PIN will not be shown again. This is why you must
make an exact note of the data you are shown.
8. Press and hold the Enter button for approx. two seconds to close
this window.

This is a precautionary measure to make sure you do not close the window accidentally.
The Fence Manager is disconnected from the cloud application after changing the MAC address.
The Fence Manager restarts and the change is now complete.
The new MAC address is shown on the screen immediately after the Fence Manager starts.

CONNECTING THE DEVICE WITH THE WIFI NETWORK

Your device must be connected to a WiFi network in order to control and monitor the VOSS.farming
Fence Manager FM 20 WiFi and its connected devices over a greater distance using the cloud
application (website/app). To connect the Fence Manager to the network, you need:

a mobile device with QR scanner or a PC
∙
good WiFi coverage in the area of the Fence Manager

You can cancel the process at any time by pressing the
Exit key.
1. Press and hold the Menu button in the overview window or the
detail window for more than one second to open the menu.
2. Select the
WiFi Setup
and confirm the selection by briefly pressing the Enter button.
3. Select the
Configure WiFi
buttons and confirm the selection by briefly pressing the Enter
button (Fig. 15).
A QR code is shown on the display.
4. Use the QR scanner on your mobile device to scan the QR code
and connect the Fence Manager with your device.

You can also connect the Fence Manager using the list of WiFi
networks. To do this, select the "gateway" network and enter the
password "administrator". Alternatively, you can scan the QR code
here as well:

5. Briefly press the Enter key.
A new QR code is shown on the display.
6. Use the QR scanner on your mobile device to scan the QR code and open the website.
