: In the event of a mains failure, ECO mode adjusts
ECO mode
the operating mode of the Fence Manager to consume less
energy. This means:
• The display brightness is set to 5%
• The backlight is switched off 5 seconds after the last
button is pressed
• There is a longer pause between the alarm tones if an
audible alarm is triggered.

ECO mode is switched on by default.

Alarm mode
• Sound only: the device produces an audible alarm.
• Relay only: a connected external alarm is initiated by closing the normally open contact (4).
• Both: both alarm modes are used.
1. Use the arrow buttons to switch between the menu items.
2. Press the Enter button to select your menu item.
3. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the values.
4. Press the Enter button to save the adjustment.
5. Press the Exit button to return to the previous menu.

once it has been confirmed and all devices will be switched off.

The MAC address and security PIN are unique codes for the specific Fence Manager.
They enable the Fence Manager to connect with the cloud application and therefore
with the mobile application and web browser. The current MAC address and PIN must
be known in order to enable this function.

This function is used in particular if the Fence Manager FM20 WiFi is bought by another
user. Changing the MAC address ensures that all previously connected devices are
disconnected from the gateway.
