REMOVING PAIRED DEVICES

Devices that are no longer in use can be removed from the Fence Manager.
1. Press and hold the Menu button in the overview window or the detail window for more than one
second to open the menu.
2. Select the

pressing the Enter button.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select the device being removed from the list.
4. Press and hold the Enter button for more than one second to remove the selected device from
the list.
A deletion confirmation window opens (

Deletion can also be cancelled by briefly pressing the Exit button.
6. Confirm the selection by briefly pressing the Enter button.

FACTORY RESET

If you reset the device to factory settings:
∙
All paired devices are deleted
∙
All empty list lines are formatted
∙
The display contrast and backlight settings are reset
∙
The sound settings are reset

CONFIRMING/RESETTING ALARM SIGNALS AND ALARMS

The Fence Manager indicates the following errors using the alarm:
∙

Low battery

• Battery icon flashes if the voltage drops below 12 V. If the
alarm is activated (see Section 8.2), the alarm will sound
if the voltage drops below 11.6 V.
• If the alarm is activated (see Section 8.2), the alarm will sound
if the battery charge of the Fence Manager drops below 10%.
∙
Voltage drop: If the output voltage of the energiser or the
measured voltage of the Fence Sensor falls below the set limit
values, the kV icon will flash and the alarm will sound if it is
activated (see Section 8.2).
∙
Signal loss (Fig. 12): Dashes will be displayed instead of the
values of the energiser, the signal level icon will flash and the
alarm will sound if it is activated (see Section 8.2).
