2.2 Function

The air dryer is designed to dry compressed air used for industrial purposes. The air
dryer should not be used in facilities where there are fire or explosion hazards, or where
works are being carried out which involve the discharge of substances that pose fire
safety hazards (solvents, flammable vapours, spirits etc.). In particular, the air dryer
should not be used for producing breathable air. Such use is allowed if compressed air
is purified to an air purity grade suitable for breathing, in accordance with the standards
prescribed by local legislation.
Equipment must only be used according to its designated purpose. It is considered
improper and unreasonable to use the equipment for other purposes. The manufacturer
bears no liability for any damage caused that is due to improper or unreasonable use of
equipment.
