MANUAL MODE(PROGRAM 1)
1. Press START to start exercise, or press ENTER to enter the setting;
2. In setting mode, press ENTER key to choose setting items with relevant flashing window for

7. Die Parameter werden während dem Training als Coundtown
heruntergezählt. Erreicht ein Parameter (TIME / DISTANCE
/ CALORIE) den Wert 0, endet das Training und ein akkusti-
sches Signal ertönt.
Mit der Taste START können Sie das Training jederzeit beenden.
