3.4.4 Mounting the Top Crossbar

Assemble the following components:

15 Straight Top Crossbar
16 90 degree Top crossbar
18 Cover Top Crossbar
08 Pipe Key
08 Allen key
12.6 Flange nut M6
12.13 Short Slide Nut
12.5 Set screw M6x20


Insert the slide nuts in both legs and fasten with the set screws.


Be aware that the top crossbar is flush with the top of the legs.

Place the top crossbar (#15) over the set screws.


Twist the flange nuts onto the set screw, Tighten firmly with the M10 pipe key.


Place the covers over both ends of the top crossbar.


Be aware that the covers are different of size. Do not use too much force while
placing these covers, they could break or damage.
