5. Unscrew the Grille Nut on the front of the motor by turning counter
clockwise.
6. Mount the Rear Grille to the motor front cover by matching 2 holes
on the guard to the 2 round positioning knobs on the motor front
cover. Push in firmly until the 2 knobs protrude through the 2 holes.
7. Replace and tighten the Grille Nut by turning nut clockwise to the
Rear Grille in place.
8. Put the Fan Blade onto the motor shaft by matching the shafts
slots with the blades slot, tighten the Blade with Blade Cap by
turning it counterclockwise.

9. Test fan by rotating with your hands, make sure there isn't any
contact with the nut. The fan blade should rotate freely, otherwise
repeat all steps again, beginning from step 4.
10. Place the Guard Centre Cap onto the Front Grille, attach and
tighten the fitting screw .
11. Mount Front Grille onto the Rear Grill and retain in place with the
Grille clamps and Screw for grille. Tighten the ring Screw.
