Lock plate
2. Set the Base on level dry surface and remove the Lock Plate and
L-shaped screw from the Outer Pipe. Insert the Outer Pipe into the
hole on the Base , turn the Base and affix the Outer Pipe using the
L-shaped screw and the Lock Plate. Tighten the screw firmly but
do not over tighten.
3. Replace the Height adjustment Control Collar and tighten by
turning clockwise.
4. Place the fan motor Body into the top of the inner pipe, tighten
the Locking nut.
