8 - After the device is turned on, the working temperature and the required cooking time must be
set on the device's control panel (1). To adjust the settings, the device must not be running.
Follow the instructions below:
a - By default, the pre-set temperature of the item is 60 ᴼC and the cooking time is
24 hours. The sous vide can be re-programmed for the right time and temperature
for every meal. The last settings are saved in the device's memory. So that every
time the sous vide is turned on, by default you will see the values from the previous
use.
b - Setting the temperature: Push the SET button (c) and the temperature display (a)
will start to flash. Use the +/- buttons (d) to choose the right temperature for cooking.
The temperature can be set between 5º and 95º C (PHOTO 6-7).
NOTE:
The temperature set should be higher than the temperature of the water
c - Push both the +/- buttons simultaneously to change the unit of measurement for the
temperature. The temperature is in Celsius degrees by default. One of the displays
that shows the unit of measurement (g) or (f) will be lit up to show what unit is
currently set for the temperature.
d - Setting the time: Push the SET button and the time display (b) will start to flash.
Use the +/- buttons to choose the right time for cooking. The timer can be set for up
to 99 hours.
9 - Push the ON/OFF button (e) to make the sous vide start running. When the device is
running, neither of the 2 displays will flash (PHOTO 8).
10 - With the device running, the information shown on the control panel is the current water
temperature and the remaining cooking time. Push and hold down the SET button to see the
temperature setting while the device is running. Neither of the settings can be changed while
the device is running.
11 - When the cooking time is over, the device will make a sound. The device does not stop
automatically. It must be stopped manually by pushing the ON/OFF button.
12 - Slide the sous vide upwards while pushing the tab towards the inside of the device
(PHOTO 9).
13 - Turn the attachment screw counter clock-wise to disassemble the support.
