1. Introduction
Thank you for buying a high-quality Mobilex product. This user manual contains a description of the medical
device and important guidance to ensure a correct and safe usage of the product. It is important prior to use to
read this manual carefully. It is especially important to read the safety requirements and follow these.
We continuously develop our products and we reserve the right without further notice to change the specifications and

Intended use
The shower board is a medical device which intended use is to give stable & easy access and seating support when
disabled persons use a bathtub. It is capable of being adjusted to suit the majority of bathtub widths.
Indications
Bath benches and seats are overlays for regular bathtubs, indicated for use as a seating device by elderly people,
persons in wheelchairs and other people with limited mobility of the lumbar spine, knees, or hips, and for all those who
have difficulties with seating down low and standing back up from bathtub's bottom while performing everyday
personal hygiene. Using the seat for purposes other than those indicated above, is prohibited.
Contraindications
This product is not indicted for those patients who can't maintain proper body balance in a sitting and standing
position. The device must not be used if the user has problems with impaired perception. Contraindications cannot be
related to one specific clinical picture, and they depend on individual evaluation of potential user's health status. The
choice of orthopedic aid appropriate for a given clinical picture must be always made with the help of a specialist
physician or physiotherapist. In addition, observe the safety information in Chapter 2.

The bath board is made of recyclable white plastic. The smooth surface makes it easy to clean. The bath board is easy
to assemble. The easily adjustable, robust securing plugs optimally support the board on the inside of the bathtub. The
handle supplied as standard is easy to grip and increases safety.
