Step
7 Remove the drip tray rail at the bot-
tom by loosening it all the way
8 Pull out the two black wiring fittings and remove the wirings from them
9 Disconnect the 3 fan cables from the print
10 Disconnect the bypass motor cable from the print
11 Pull out carefully the fan module from
the unit and place it on a table or the
like
12 Dry for water at the bottom part of the unit and clean if necessary the drip
tray
13 Remove the 4 Torx 20 screws on the
bracket
14 Remove the 4 Torx 20 screws on the
fan
15 Replace the fan and tighten it with the
4 Torx 20 screws from step 17
16 Tighten the fan module on the bypass
module with the 4 Torx 20 screws
from step 16.
Note that the wires must face the by-
pass motor/front
17 Put the fan module in place in the unit again
18 Remount the drip tray rail on the styrene front
19 Reconnect all cables to the print, see the wiring diagram at the end of this in-
struction
20 Remount the styrene front, the cross bars, the front covers and the basic user
panel
21 Connect the power again
