6 monthly, only by authorized persons. An extension of the calibration interval, e.g. to 1 year,
is possible. Prerequisite: analysis of the sensor data and further quality assurance mea-
sures by Dräger Safety Service.
Preliminary measures
Access » Calibration « in the main menu and select the menu item » Options «.
In the menu item » Options «, set the » Set point «, the » Gas type « and, with the selection
of "dry gas" and non-equipped ambient pressure sensor, the » Ambient pressure «.
The setting of the gas type is only for the calibration, the setting of the ambient pressure is
only important for the dry gas calibration and has no bearing on the measurement of the
subject.
