1. Removing the rear panel
l-l. Unscrew the six screws off the rear panel and take out the rear panel.
Precautions on Handling the Cabinet
when removing and attaching the top cabinet, take the following precautions. The cable that connects
the speakers on the inside of the top cabinet with the main PWB is short. Do not pull up the top cabinet
too far, because otherwise the cable connector may be damaged. Slowly lift the top cabinet a -little,
disconnect the speaker cable from the "SP" connector on the main PWB, and take out the top cabinet
completely. To place the top cabinet back in position, first reconnect the speaker cable to the "SP"
connector on the main PWB, and then fit the top cabinet to the bottom cabinet. In this fitting, keep the
flexible cable, which runs between the LCD panel and the main PWB, inside the top cabinet. This cable
might be caught between the top and bottom cabinets.
