4.5.4 Altezza di spruzzatura
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
- Disporre un pezzo campione al di sotto dei carrelli
portapistole.
- Misurare la distanza A e confrontarla con la tabella
fornita in fase di collaudo della macchina.
- Regolare la distanza A agendo sui dadi di entrambi i
bracci porta-pistole; come opzione può essere
montato un sistema di regolazione automatica
comandato da un deviatore B.
NOTA: I parametri di taratura possono variare in funzione della
tipologia di prodotto verniciante utilizzato e delle esigenze di
lavoro specifiche; nel presente manuale non verranno quindi
riportati valori standardizzati. L'utilizzatore deve fare
riferimento ai valori che il PERSONALE DI ASSISTENZA
TECNICA della ditta costruttrice della macchina ha rilevato
durante la fase di collaudo di quest'ultima.
Permane il rischio residuo d'impigliamenti e
schiacciamenti, causa la presenza di elementi ed
organi in movimento, se queste operazioni non
sono eseguite correttamente.

4.5.4 Spray gun height
These procedures must be performed with the
- Place a sample piece beneath the spray gun holders.
- Measure distance A and compare it with that
indicated in the chart supplied during machine
commissioning.
- Use the nuts on both spray gun holders to adjust
distance A. An automatic control operated by switch B
can be installed as an option.
NOTE: The settings may vary according to the type of coating
product used and the specific working requirements. Standard
values will not therefore be given in this manual. Always refer
to the operating data provided by the manufacturer's SERVICE
