7.3.2 Pulizia dispositivi fermagocce (solo per
EASY 2000/W)
Ogni 300 ore di funzionamento controllare che il
manometro differenziale B indichi un valore inferiore o
pari a 20 mm c.a.
Qualora risulti superiore sarà necessario procedere alla
pulizia delle lamine fermagocce A, attenendosi alle
seguenti indicazioni:
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite a
MACCHINA FERMA.
Per la presenza di bordi affilati, è necessario
evitare qualunque contatto diretto con le lamelle.
Permane il rischio residuo di taglio, se queste
operazioni non sono eseguite correttamente.

Aprire la torre Scrubber rimuovendo un portellone.

Pulire le lamelle fermagocce A con acqua calda ed
asciugarle mediante getto d'aria compressa

Eseguire la stessa procedura anche per il secondo
dispositivo fermagocce accedendovi attraverso il
portellone situato nella parte opposta della torre
Scrubber.
Permane il rischio residuo d'irritazioni ed
intossicazioni, causa il contatto o l'inalazione di
prodotti vernicianti e solventi, se queste
operazioni non sono eseguite correttamente.

7.3.2 Cleaning the condensate collectors
Every 300 hours of operation, check differential gauge B
to make sure it indicates a value lower than or equal to
approx. 20 mm
If a greater value is indicated, clean condensate
collectors A by following the instructions below.
These procedures must be performed with the
Avoid touching the blades as they have sharp
edges. The user risks being cut if these
procedures are not performed correctly.
- Remove cover to access the Scrubber.
- Clean blades A with hot water and dry them with
compressed air.
- Perform the same procedure on the other condensate
collector. To get at it, use the access door located on
the opposite side of the scrubber.
If these operations are not performed correctly,
the operator risks inhaling or coming into contact
with the coating product and solvents which may
