Rimuovere le guide 5, sganciando i relativi perni di
blocco;
-
Abbinare le coppie di guide 5 nuove, facendo atten-
zione che le scritte DX e SX siano rivolte verso l'alto;
-
Inserire le guide 5 nel corpo del carrello 10, avendo
cura di divaricarne le alette centrali, fino all'introdu-
zione dei perni nei rispettivi fori;
-
Accoppiare i pistoni 3 con i elativi pattini 4, avendo
cura di mantenere i piani allineati e portandoli a con-
tatto tra di loro;
-
Inserire le coppie formate dai pistoni 3 ed i pattini 4
nelle sedi del carrello ed avvitare le viti 13;
-
Posizionare le guarnizioni 1 nelle relative sedi, aven-
do cura di mantenere l'imboccatura rivolta verso
l'esterno;
-
Posizionare le guarnizioni 2 nelle relative sedi, aven-
do cura di mantenere il labbro rivolto verso l'esterno;
-
Lubrificare con grasso BECHEM FR16 i pattini 4, le
guide 5 e le guarnizioni 1e 2;
-
Inserire la bandella interna 15 nella feritoia del patti-
no, avendo cura di manerne il lato scanalato a contat-
to con il labbro della guarnizione 2, ed accompagnar-
la fino alla fuoriuscita sul lato opposto del carrello;
Porre particolare attenzione nel maneggiare la
bandella interna 15, poiché presenta profili
laterali affilati, necessari per ottenere la tenuta
pneumatica, che possono provocare tagli.
-
Introdurre il gruppo carrello-bandella nella feritoia del
corpo-cilindro, facendo attenzione all'imbocco del
labbro della guarnizione 2 nel corpo del cilindro;
-
Rimuovere le guarnizioni 22 ed inserirne di nuove;
-
Inserire la testata 19 nel corpo del cilindro, facendo
attenzione che la bandella interna 15 non si deformi;

Remove guides 5 by releasing the relative check
pins;
-
Join the new guide units 5 and pay attention that the
letters DX and SX (right and left) are turned up;
-
Insert guides 5 into the trolley casing 10 and pay
attention to open the central tongues until the pins
have been inserted into the correspondent borings;
-
Join pistons 3 with the relative pads 4 and pay
attention to keep the levels in line and to stabilize the
contact between them;
-
Insert the units composed of pistons 3 and pads 4 into
the trolley casing and lock screws 13;
-
Place seals 1 in the correspondent seats and pay
attention that the mouth is turned to the external side;
-
Place seals 2 in the correspondent seats and pay
attention that the lip is turned to the external side;
-
Lubricate pads 4, guides 5 and seals 1 and 2 with
grease BECEHM FR 16;
-
Insert the internal strap 15 into the pad's slit and pay
attention that the splined side remains in contact with
the lip of seal 2.
Pay attention by handling the internal strap 15:
the operator risks to cut himself as the strap
shows sharp lateral outlines which are
necessary to reach the pneumatic tightness.

Introduce the unit composed of trolley and strap into
the cylinder housing and make sure that the lip of seal
2 is introduced into the cylinder housing;
-
Remove seals 22 and replace with new ones;
-
Insert head 19 into the cylinder body and pay
attention to not deform the internal strap 15;
