Problem

For some faults, the display shows an error code to warn you:
Code Meaning
E1 Water supply disrupted.
E3 The water temperature is
not reached.
E4 Water leak.
Ed Fault in communication

Potential cause
Combination of soft water
and too much detergent.
Aluminium parts have
rubbed against the dishes.
The dishes are obstructing
the dissolution of the
detergent.
Potential cause
The tap is not open, the water supply is
interrupted or the water pressure is too low.
The heating element is broken. Contact a
specialist company.
Part of the dishwasher is leaking. Turn off
the main tap and call a professional. If there
is still water in the tub after the end of the
programme, remove it before restarting the
dishwasher.
Open circuit or interrupted wiring for
communication. Contact a specialist
company.
Solution
Use less detergent and use
the shortest programme to
wash and clean the glass.
Use a mild abrasive
cleaner.
Load the dishes carefully
into the dishwasher.
