    AXION EINLEITUNG Die primäre Zweckbestimmung des STIM-PRO X700 im TENS-Betrieb ist die Behandlung/Linderung von Schmer- zen sowie die Stimulation der Muskulatur im EMS-Betrieb. Das Gerät wird vom Patienten selbst genutzt und bedient. Was ist TENS? Die Transkutane Elektrische Nervenstimulation (TENS) bezeichnet eine schonende Variante der Schmerzbehand- lung durch Reizstrom.

  • Seite 6 STIM-PRO X700 SICHERHEITSHINWEISE & KONTRAINDIKATIONEN TENS Verwenden Sie zu Ihrem Gerät ausschließlich Original- zubehör des Herstellers. Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nicht für undiagnostizierte Schmerzsymptome, bevor Sie einen Arzt aufsuchen. Patienten mit einem implantierten elektronischen Gerät, wie z. B. einem Herzschrittmacher oder Defibrillator, oder einem anderen metallischen oder elektronischen Implantat sollten sich keiner TENS-Behandlung unterziehen, ohne vorher einen Arzt zu konsultieren.

    AXION WARNHINWEISE Das Gerät darf nur nach ärztlichem Rat verwendet werden. Das Gerät hat keine heilende Wirkung. Das Gerät dient der Behandlung von Symptomen und un- terdrückt als solches das Schmerzempfinden, das sonst als Schutzmechanismus des Körpers fungiert. Das Gerät ist nicht wirksam bei Schmerzen zentralen Ur- sprungs (dazu zählen auch Kopfschmerzen).

    STIM-PRO X700 CHANGING BATTERIES The battery must be replaced if the performance decreases in order to guarantee the function. Remove the battery if the device is not likely to be used for some time. Make sure the power is off. Open the battery compartment by sliding down and removing the front cover.
