Note!
If the battery has been completely depleted it may need to be sent to an Authorised Service Centre (ASC)
for recovery.
Recharging
Connect the recharging device to the main power supply (100-240 V/ 50 Hz). When not connected to the
blower device, the signal light will not come on.
Open the protective lid of the blower's charging connector.
Push the recharging plug into the charging connector and turn the plug slightly clockwise until it sits fast,
otherwise the battery will not be charged. The charging will start automatically.
Throughout the recharging, the recharger's red signal light remains on. The time needed depends on the
battery status.
Recharging is complete when the red signal light goes out, and the green signal light comes on and stays
on (standby level).
The recharging plug will come off when you pull the locking latch and simultaneously turn the plug counter-
clockwise. Then close the protective lid.

DISPLAY AND BUZZER
The blower device contains a display which indicates the battery status and the fan motor
power. The device will provide full protection in the range A9-A0 and P9-P0 as long as the
alarm does not go off and the Airflow Indicator indicates that the Manufacturer's Minimum
Design Flowrate (MMDF) is met (see Check Before Use).

Error Codes

The following error codes are visible on the 2 digit display of the Proflow unit.
Note: Switching the blower device off and on again will reset the error codes. However, the actions in the
table below MUST be followed when an error code is visible.

Symbol A (green) = battery status
The display shows the following 'A' numbers to indicate battery status:
A8-A9 - The battery is fully charged.
A0 - The battery is empty. The buzzer will sound and the display will flash when the battery status reaches
A0. The device will continue to operate normally for 5-10 minutes to allow the user to immediately leave a
hazardous area, after which the air flowrate will begin to diminish below 160L/min. A Proflow which displays
A0 before the user begins work should not be used until charged.
A1-A7 - The battery has a charge and can be used normally.
