2.4 Test utility

To check connected lamps without DMX512 signal select 9 at the
left rotary code switch. This enables the test mode.
Now the code switch in the middle is for the channel and the right
switch is for the brightness from Off (0) up to 100% (9).

2.5 Termination of DMX512 cable

At the end of a DMX512 line (data cable) it is recommended to
connect a 120Ω 1W resistor between data- and data+.

2.6 1-Channel use

Using this function, all channels of the DDA2-XL will be controlled
by one DMX512 channel. All adjustments made to a channel are
furthermore valid.
Setting switch 4 of the red DIP-switch into the ON position enables
this function immediately.

Extern Control / manual scene

The three extern control inputs can be used to switch or dim the 2
channels of the DDA2-XL with simple push buttons.
Note - this function is only available if no DMX512 signal is
connected to the DDA2-XL and the address is between 001 and
512. DMX512 takes precedence.
The yellow LEDs indicate that an input is closed.
This function is basically intended to set and store a scene to be
recalled on DMX fail or in case of power on without a DMX512
signal. This function is active only if "DMX hold Off" is selected (see
2.2)
