switching on of e.g. cooling units, motors, or computer power
supplies, can lead to short brightness fluctuations.
Also, a flicker can be observed as one shakes the lamp (very small
lamps). A reason is the frequency of the 230V ac supply (50Hz),
here 100Hz because there is only rectifier in the supply of each
lamp.
Please note, that used LED Filament light bulbs worked at rising
edge dimmers before, may have been damaged. Their lifetime was
reduced so that in spite of new dimmers with trailing edge
technology the Filament light bulbs can fail earlier.

DMX512 mode and Test utilities

The DDA2-XL founds on the well known technology of trailing edge
dimming for resistive and capacitive loads.
! The load should be connected to the terminals which are
characterized by a lamp symbol. It is possible to connect more than
one lamp in parallel to one output.
Because of the external heat sink the gn/ye ground wire has to be
connected.

2.1 DMX512 Start Address setting

The three rotary code switches are used to set the decimal DMX
Start address beginning with 001 up to 512.
Address 000 disables the DMX512 control and the external control
inputs and switches all outputs off.
