2.3 Transforming from bed to seating position
Make sure that the backrest snaps into place audibly after the conversion. This is the only way to en-
sure the intended occupant protection.
Make sure that the seat is pushed back to the backrest after the conversion and that the swivel levers
no longer protrude forward. This is the only way to ensure the intended occupant protection.
Make sure that the belt buckles are accessible on the seat after the conversion.

2.4 Bed extension

• Preferably use the bed extension in the folded down position.
• For the transport of large objects, the bed extension can also be folded up. However, it does not
latch into place in this position and can unintentionally fold down when accelerating.
➢ There is a risk that the driver or occupants will be frightened!
➢ There is a risk that cargo will be damaged!
For the transport of large objects, the bed extension can be removed without tools.
