4.21 The display will begin to scan the vacuum level by illuminating the LEDs.
4.22 When vacuum is reached, the machine will stop. At this point the probe can be disconnected from the
cover.
4.23 The machine is now ready to pack a new bag or container. This mode of use does not activate the
sealing bar (which does not need to operate) thus preventing accidental burns by the user due to the open
moving lid. IMPORTANT Always use bags proportionate to the product to be vacuum-packed. If this is not
the case (e.g. a very large bag for a small product), the appliance will need more time to complete the
processing cycle. It is therefore advisable, once the sample of pouches supplied with the machine has been
used up, to choose the most suitable pouch size for your packaging from the attached list and request it
from your retailer.

6.0 Cleaning

As previously stated, at the end of each working process, after switching off the machine, it is essential to
disconnect the power plug from the socket before carrying out any cleaning operation.
6.1 To clean the structure of the machine use a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
6.2 To clean the control panel use only a dry cloth.
6.3 To clean the Teflon-coated cloth of the sealing bar, use a cloth dampened with lukewarm water or glass
cleaner; this procedure is necessary whenever plastic residue is visible on the sealing bar.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE ACID OR ACIDIC PRODUCTS DURING CLEANING.

7.Maintenance

The machine does not require ordinary maintenance, however, remember that to keep the machine in
perfect conditions of use it is necessary to carry out scrupulous cleaning at the end of work. For any
extraordinary maintenance or for the need of spare parts, it is advisable to use only original parts supplied
and produced by the parent company in order to avoid inconveniences due to different production
characteristics. The fuse can be changed by the user.
