3.0 Instructions for use and maintenance

IMPORTANT It is recommended that the packaging machine be installed and used by a single operator as it
is not designed for simultaneous use by more than one person.

4.0 Operacion

4.1 Remove the machine from its packaging, place it on the work surface and check its stability on it.
4.2 It is important that all four feet of the machine adhere to the supporting surface, in order to avoid that,
when closing the movable cover, the same has difficulty adhering to the lower part of the machine, thus
making the prerequisites for correct operation lacking.
4.3 It is advisable to keep the packaging of the machine so that it can be used for future transfers.
4.4 Clean the machine thoroughly before putting it into operation. For the structure, use a damp cloth
followed by a dry cloth; for the control panel, use only a dry cloth.
4.5 Absolutely do not use acid or caustic products.
4.6 Insert the plug into the power socket and press its power button.
4.7 The machine is ready to operate in the mode and with the sealing time selected the last time it was
used.
4.8 With the machine running, lift the movable cover at the front of the machine.
4.9 Insert the product to be packed inside the bag.
4.10 Insert the bag about 1 cm inside the lower decompression chamber of the machine. The chamber is
delimited by the seal.
4.11 At this stage, make sure that no substance contained inside the bag is near the sealing bar, and that
the bag does not have ripples and rests firmly on the sealing surface.
4.12 Lower the lid by exerting moderate pressure on the two side ends or on the central handle, if present.

4.13 The machine will start automatically and the display will begin to scan the vacuum level by lighting the
LEDs.
4.14 When vacuum is reached, sealing of the pouch is done automatically. When sealing is complete, the
pump stops and the movable lid opens automatically.
4.15 The machine is now ready to pack a new bag.
VACUUM PACKING IN CONTAINERS .
4.16 Connect the small tube for emptying into containers to the suction connection of the machine located
inside the lower decompression chamber.
4.18 Place the food inside the container and close the container with the lid.
4.19 Connect the second end of the vacuum hose to the lid of the container.
4.20 Start the vacuum with the PUMP key (2) without closing the upper part of the movable cover.
